What happens next?

A comprehensive assessment summary will be written and can be sent to you following the assessment. If a community clinician attends, they will also take their own case notes.

If you are an NDIS participant, a quote can be provided for the mobility and seating solution that has been discussed. Approval can then be sought from the NDIS.

Once you have agreed to the recommendations and approval has been given, the seating clinician will design and source any required seating, parts and mobility devices.  The technicians will then complete the necessary build or modification once all parts are available. This can take some time. We will aim to keep you updated and you are also welcome to contact us. Once your item is ready, we will contact you to arrange a fitting and trial of your equipment. Further appointments are often needed for adjustments. Our aim is to streamline processes and make the experience of assessment and provision of the new equipment as easy as possible for you.

We aim to keep you updated throughout the process and will ask you how you would like us to communicate with you – by phone, email or text message.
