I am particularly grateful for the equipment that made it possible to have Chris home. We could not have survived without it given his very poor movement, transfer and coordination. It meant I was able to support him at home until a few days before he died in Mary Potter Hospice.

I am grateful that the Palliative Care programme exists; that it was made available to us and to the men who brought the equipment to our home promptly and courteously and who then collected it again.
